Smoked Salmon Cheese Toast
Perfect with soup or as an easy snack, this healthy cheese toast recipe pairs reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), smoked salmon and dill on top of crusty bread.
- 1diagonal slice baguette (1/4 inch thick), preferably whole-wheat
- 1tablespoon neufchâtel
- 1/2ounce smoked salmon
- 1/4teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- Toast bread. Top with Neufchâtel, smoked salmon and dill.
