At Grocery Outlet, we provide high-quality, name-brand groceries at prices up to generally 40% to 70% lower than conventional retailers. Our unique model combines opportunistic purchasing with a network of independently operated stores, offering fresh food and everyday essentials at unbeatable value. Through strong partnerships with our Independent Operators (IOs) and suppliers, we reduce food waste while making affordable food accessible. At the close of fiscal 2024, we have 533 locations across 16 states, including a recent expansion into the Southeast with the acquisition of United Grocery Outlet (UGO).
