Vegan Fruit Smoothie
In this easy vegan smoothie recipe, tofu adds protein and creaminess to whatever frozen fruit you have on hand.
1 serving, 1 1/2 cups each
- 3/4cup orange juice
- 1/2cup frozen berries or peaches
- 1/4cup silken tofu
- Sugar or honey to taste
- Combine orange juice, berries (or peaches), tofu and sugar (or honey) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Per serving (recipe makes 1 serving, 1 1/2 cups each)
