If you are using the Uber Eats app, you can access your account, orders and the Help Center, by clicking on the “person” icon in the upper right corner when you are logged into the app.

Delivery - Doordash

Select Grocery Outlet locations now offer delivery through Doordash. You can find information regarding how to place an order in the Doordash Help Center here.

If you are using the Doordash app, you can access help by logging into the app, then click on the Account button at the bottom navigation options. From there you will see a “Get Help” menu under your Account menu options.

Grocery Outlet Mobile App

The Grocery Outlet mobile app is a central hub where you can see the most up-to-date deals, in-stock products and exclusive offers at any time. View our Weekly AD, daily WOW Alerts, create a shopping list and find your closest Grocery Outlet location. Use the mobile app (or registered mobile number) to apply any in-store purchase to your digital loyalty card to receive a digital receipt. Plus your every purchase qualifies you for an entry into our mobile app WOW! Win What You Save Sweepstakes!

Beta testing is an app testing method that includes people from outside the organization to test the mobile app and provide feedback. Beta testers install the app, use it as a regular app and provide their feedback. Users who choose to download and use the test app will be sent a survey to provide feedback.

Android users can visit the Google Play store and search for “Grocery Outlet Bargain Market” to download the app. You can also navigate via this link while on your mobile phone:

IPhone users must download the Grocery Outlet beta app using Apple’s TestFlight. Apple’s TestFlight is a tool create by Apple to help developers like Grocery Outlet test beta apps with users before release to the app store, Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the Grocery Outlet TestFlight Beta link and get TestFlight app
Tap View in App Store. Tap Download app. Tap continue.

Step 2: Download Grocery Outlet app and join the beta

1. Download the Grocery Outlet Mobile App for your iOS or Android mobile device.
2. Tap on the Create Account link from the Sign In screen
3. Enter your Full Name and 10-digit phone number to continue. Both of these fields are required.
4. Tap on the Create an Account button to verify the details.
5. You will receive a text message with a 6-digit One-time Passcode (OTP) at the mobile number you registered with.
6. If you do not receive the OTP, please wait one minute before requesting a new one.
7. After entering the OTP and clicking the Verify Button, the app navigates to the next screen where you pick your preferred store.
8. Select your preferred store and click on Save as my Preferred Store.
9. After this, you will have the option to register your email as a final step.

The Grocery Outlet mobile app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:
• Apple iPhone running iOS 14.0 or higher
• Android devices running 7.0 or higher

1. From the Home screen, tap on your WOW! Card at the bottom.
2. Click on the Save button (under the bar code) to save an image of your WOW! Card to your phone’s photo library.

No. With our Grocery Outlet mobile app, you can easily open your loyalty card bar code which can be scanned during checkout. You can also enter the phone number registered with your mobile app instead.

Tap on any of the “Change store >” links that are located to the right of your current store information and follow the prompts to select another store.

Tap on “Digital Offers” on the home screen of the mobile app.

Tap on the “Use Offer” button on the digital coupon in the mobile app and ask the cashier to scan the bar code during check out.

Promotional discounts will be indicated on digital receipts in the mobile app. Only purchases made with your WOW! card number will show in the mobile app.

No. Online purchases are processed through our delivery partners (Instacart, Doordash, Uber Eats) and not directly through Grocery Outlet. Any offers that are eligible through a delivery partner will clearly be stated on the coupon.

Items shown in our mobile app are based on individual store inventories and are considered in stock at the store as of 9:30 am PST.

4. Click on any data filed in your profile to edit the information.

Over the years many enthusiasts have shared tips on how to make the most of being a Grocery Outlet Bargain Market shopper, and we want to share them here with you:

  • Stop by often. Our inventory changes constantly. Find out when your store receives product and plan a trip on those days.
  • When you find something you like, stock up. Many of our bargains are a one-time deal.
  • Sign up for email from us, and follow us on Social Media. Sometimes we have special deals or in-store sales events, when the savings get really crazy.   • Look for what you’re not looking for.  Using a list is helpful for staying on budget, but many expert shoppers tell us they get some of their best deals by staying flexible and ready to act when they see a great bargain.

Grocery Outlet does not accept manufacturer coupons. Our business model and relationships with top name brands allow us to buy products at an extreme discount off regular wholesale cost netting out all allowances, marketing funds (which include coupon redemption) and other expenses normally built into the cost.

This allows us to negotiate the absolute lowest cost and pass those savings directly to our customers by offering deep discounts every day. Many of our products are priced less than you would pay elsewhere with a coupon.

Wow Alerts

The most exciting part of shopping at Grocery Outlet is finding that amazing deal — the one that makes you say “WOW!” To serve you these “WOW” deals in real-time, we created WOW Alerts, an email program that pulls the best, top-selling, unadvertised deals from your local store and sends them straight to your inbox.

  • Have a high savings. To qualify for WOW Alerts, products must be a killer deal.  For most departments, that means a savings of 50% or higher off the original retail price elsewhere.
  • Be a top-seller in their department. Wow Alert items are the top-sellers from the previous day.  Customers “vote” with their dollars, and we send you their favorites. So, WOW Alert items are not particularly items that we are promoting – they are being selected by your fellow customers.
  • Have enough inventory. WOW Alert items will have enough inventory, so you’ll have time to get to the store before they run out – but be sure to act fast!  These are hot, top-selling items, we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last!

Due to the nature of how we source product, we advertise 1-2 times per month to highlight our everyday low prices. When we put items on an ad, we select the deals that are universal to all our stores and that we have enough quantity to support.
