St. Johns Grocery Outlet carries great brand names in groceries, frozen foods, refrigerated items, housewares, health and beauty products, fine wines and much more, all at extremely low prices.

We offer a 5% Senior Discount every Tuesday until 3 p.m.

Brandon and Sam Riahi are dual-store operators of the St. Johns and Scappoose Grocery Outlets. Growing up, Sam’s mother was a raving fan of Grocery Outlet. Sam remembers shopping the store with her mother and growing to love the business. When her brother became an operator she knew she had to do the same. She teamed up with her husband Brandon and the two began operator training themselves in 2002. After the two finished, they took over the Yuba City store and stayed there for two years before transferring to their current Grocery Outlet.

Brandon and Sam are honored to be able to contribute to the Portland community. The couple is a huge supporter of local food banks that provide regular donations that go to feed the needy. The couple also offers a 5% discount on all products going to the banks.
