Say hello to Paul and Kris Emerson, the operators of the Grocery Outlet located in Moses Lake, Washington. Paul has been working with Grocery Outlet for 28 years! He was first employed at the Grocery Outlet in Spokane while still in school. It was here he met Kris—she worked at the McDonald’s in the same center and the two fell in love. Once married, the couple decided to pursue operating a store of their own. They operated the Madera store for about a year before transferring to Moses Lake. Paul and Kris’s two oldest sons work in the store with them. The whole family loves that they are able to work together while contributing to the Moses Lake community.
