Say hello to Debbie Bland, the operator of the Grocery Outlet located in Aberdeen, Washington.  As a child, Debbie’s husband worked as a box boy at the Grocery Outlet in Coos Bay, Oregon, where his father was the operator. After he met and married Debbie, she realized that she wanted to own a store. She started working with Grocery Outlet in December of 1983.
