Turkey-Vegetable Rollups

Top roasted turkey with vegetables and herbs, then roll and slice for a high-protein and low-calorie snack.

  • 8slices deli roast turkey
  • 1/28-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1medium carrot, coarsely shredded
  • 1/2cup coarsely shredded zucchini
  • 1/2cup finely chopped red bell pepper


  1. On each slice of turkey, spread cream cheese. Sprinkle with dill and top with carrot, zucchini and bell pepper. Tightly roll up each turkey slice. Cover and chill rolls for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
