Christmas Waldorf Salad

The classic Waldorf salad is dressed-up for Christmas by swapping out the raisins for festive dried cranberries. A combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise makes the salad creamy while keeping it light.

Ingredients

  • 1/4cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8teaspoon salt
  • 1large sweet apple, diced
  • 1cup sliced celery
  • 1cup halved red grapes
  • 1/3cup walnut halves, toasted and chopped
  • 1/3cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and salt in a large bowl. Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and cranberries; toss to coat.
