NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VALID IN WASHINGTON, CALIFORNIA, IDAHO, OREGON, NEVADA, PENNSYLVANIA, NEW JERSEY, MARYLAND, OHIO, DELAWARE AND VIRGINIA. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Grocery Outlet Inc.: The Grocery Outlet Sunset Hollywood Gift Card Giveaway (the Sweepstakes) is sponsored by Grocery Outlet Inc., 5650 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA 94608.

2. PRIVACY: All information submitted to Grocery Outlet as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy located at https://groceryoutlet.com/privacy. If you live in California, The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of “Personal Information,” as well as rights to know/access, delete, and limit sharing of Personal Information. 3. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must, at the start of the Sweepstakes, (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age and (ii) be a legal resident of the continental United States or the District of Columbia. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Grocery Outlet Inc., its advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on February 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes as follows:
   Facebook Comment: Locate the Sweepstakes post on the @HollywoodCAGroceryOutlet Facebook account and comment with your favorite grocery shopping staple.
   Your Facebook account settings must allow Direct Messages from @HollywoodCAGroceryOutlet to complete Sweepstakes entry and for winner notification. Comments must comply with Facebook’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
   NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Entries that are automated, spam, posted from multiple accounts by the same person, or that otherwise violate these Official Rules will be void. Entries must also comply with the “Entry Requirements” described below.

6. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Ineligible entries include entries that fail to follow any of the entry instructions in these Official Rules; that fail to comply with the Entry Requirements; that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unintelligible; that contain offensive or inappropriate content (as determined in the sole discretion of Grocery Outlet Inc.); that violate FacebookInstagram’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines; or that otherwise violate the Official Rules, including these Entry Requirements.

7. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE PRIZE WINNER: On or about February 6, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential winner.
   You do not need to be in attendance at the drawing in order to win. Potential winners will be notified by Facebook Direct Message. (for Facebook entries). If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond or complete any required documents within 48 hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing, if time permits.
   NOTE: Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

8. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): One (1) prize is available. The winner will receive one (1) Grocery Outlet gift card with an ARV of fifty dollars ($50).
   The total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes will be fifty dollars ($50).
   Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Grocery Outlet Inc.’s sole discretion. Grocery Outlet Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

9. DISQUALIFICATION:If an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such entrant will be disqualified. If a prize, prize documentation or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, this will result in disqualification. In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible or disqualified, then an alternate potential winner may be selected via a random drawing from the remaining pool of eligible entries received during the relevant month, if time permits.

10. LICENSE: By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, participants grant to Grocery Outlet the right, without limitation, to use the participant’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or entry for promotional, advertising or other purposes, and to display such information or content in any media now known or hereinafter developed, including, but not limited to, Grocery Outlet’s website(s) and/or social media account(s), all without any compensation to the participant.

11. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: By entering, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and any other documents required by Grocery Outlet, any decisions of Grocery Outlet, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Sweepstakes, the Official Rules or any other documents required by Grocery Outlet, (b) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Grocery Outlet and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, penalties and expenses arising out of or related to any statement, action or failure to act by you during or in connection with your participation and/or any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules or of any other documents required by Grocery Outlet and, (c) not to sue and to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which you (or your successors-in-interest, heirs and/or agents) ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Released Parties, including, but not limited to claims arising out of or related to personal injury (including death) and/or damage, theft, loss or any other harm, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, (ii) the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, (iii) the use of any of the rights granted herein (including, without limitation, the use and exploitation of your entry, name, address [city and state], biographical information, statements, voice, photograph, and/or other likeness), (iv) any malfunction or other problem with any Sweepstakes website or webpage, (v) any error in the collection or retention of entry information, and (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, stolen, deleted, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries; any typographical, system or human errors and failures; or any malfunction of any Sweepstakes website or webpage or error in the collection, processing or retention of entry information. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry.WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. TERMINATION/SUSPENSION/MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, any tampering or unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Grocery Outlet, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the winner(s) by conducting a random drawing from the eligible entries received during the relevant month at that point. We may also disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if we determine that you have violated the Official Rules, have threatened or are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or has otherwise engaged in any behavior generally not within the spirit of the Sweepstakes.

14. DISPUTES: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. All disputes, claims or demands that relate to these Official Rules will first be brought to the attention of the other party and will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The receiving party shall have sixty (60) days from the date of being notified to remedy the described issue and notify the complaining party in writing of the resolution. If the dispute, claim or demand is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant within 60 days, the complainant may request an informal resolution conference (mediation), which if agreed to by the other party will be scheduled to occur within 21 days of the written response. Each party shall have the right to be represented at such a conference by counsel and will ensure that a decision-maker with full and complete authority to resolve the dispute attends the conference. Such conference will be in front of a third party mediator chosen by the parties. If the parties do not agree to conference or are unable to resolve a dispute after such a conference, the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim or demand related in any way to these Official Rules will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between the parties, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Official Rules, shall be submitted to JAMS for binding arbitration under its applicable rules then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

15. WINNERS LIST: For the list of prize recipients from any particular monthly drawing(s), please send an email with the subject line “The Sunset Hollywood Gift Card Sweepstakes – Winners List” to GOcustomerservice@cfgo.com within one year of the month when the drawing(s) of interest took place. For example, if you would like to obtain a list of the winners from the February 2026 drawings, you must contact us by the end of February 2027. Please specify in your email the month/year for which you would like to obtain the list of winners.
