Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A PRIZE.  VALID AT PARTICIPATING GROCERY OUTLET BARGAIN MARKET STORES IN CALIFORNIA, IDAHO, MARYLAND, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, OHIO, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, OR WASHINGTON. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.Grocery Outlet: The Gobble Gobble Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Grocery Outlet.

2. PRIVACY: All information submitted to Grocery Outlet as part of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy located at https://groceryoutlet.com/privacy.   If you live in California, The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of “Personal Information,” as well as rights to know/access, delete, and limit sharing of Personal Information. 3. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the promotion, you must, at the start of the Promotion Period (defined below), (i) be a resident of California, Idaho, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Washington, and (ii) be 18 or older. Employees of Grocery Outlet and employees of any independent operators, as well as their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, and spouses) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.  The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on November 22, 2025 at the participating Store’s opening hours local time until the close of business hours of the Store local time on November 22, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Check local participating Stores for their respective normal operating hours.

5. HOW TO ENTER: To receive a Scratch-Off Card in the Promotion, be one of the first 475 Eligible Persons to enter a participating Store during the Promotion Period and pick up a Card from a Store employee upon entering the Store. No purchase is necessary.  LIMIT: ONE (1) CARD PER ELIGIBLE PERSON.

6. ALTERNATE METHOD OF OBTAINING A SCRATCH-OFF CARD BY MAIL. If you prefer not to visit a store location to obtain a scratchoff card, you may request to have one mailed to you by completing the online request form at https://www.groceryoutlet.com/gobble (the “Request Form”) and be one of the first 475 Eligible Persons to submit the online request form. No purchase is necessary.

Requests for a mailed Scratch-Off card may only be submitted on the day the promotion is active, November 22, 2025 (“Promotion Day”). Requests postmarked before or after this date will not be processed or honored.

You must provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the U.S. state in which you reside. Only one (1) request per person is permitted. Requests will be processed the next business day following the submission (i.e., November 22, 2025). Mailed Scratch-Off cards hold the same value and opportunity as those distributed in-store. By submitting a request, you agree to all terms and conditions of the promotion and acknowledge that any attempt to circumvent the stated rules may result in disqualification.

7. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Ineligible entries include entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules, as well as those that contain any inappropriate content (e.g., any obscene or harassing language written on an entry) or content that is generally not within the spirit of the Promotion. We will have sole discretion in determining whether an entry violates the Official Rules, including these Entry Requirements.

8. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Potential Prize (defined below) recipient must be one of the first 475 Eligible Persons to enter a Store, receive a Card during the Promotion Period, and scratch off the designated scratch-off box on the Card to reveal the Prize associated with that Card. The Prize on the designated Card will be awarded immediately.  A Card entitles an Eligible Person to win a maximum of one (1) of the following: (i) Shady Brook 14-16 lb. frozen turkey + Grocery Outlet Tote Bag with an ARV of $28.99; (ii) Grocery Outlet tote bag with an ARV of $4; (iii) $5 off $50 coupon with an ARV of $5; (iv) $7 off $75 coupon with an ARV of $7; (v) $10 off $100 coupon with an ARV of $10, (each, a “Prize”). Each Store shall have the following quantity of Prizes available:

Odds of receiving a card depending upon the number of Eligible Persons to arrive at the Store and receive a Card at an earlier time. If any potential Prize recipient is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Terms or decline the Prize for any reason prior to award, such Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate recipient. Free Turkey and Tote Bag prize items must be claimed according to the date specified in the scratch-off card.

All costs and expenses not set forth as part of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of each Prize recipient.  Must scratch off the card to reveal Prize. Unclaimed Prize(s) will not be awarded. The recipient may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.  All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize recipient.  Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor.  No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No returns/exchanges.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, intercepted, or Prize otherwise not received. While supplies last.  Cards must be obtained legitimately. No mechanical reproductions, alterations, forged Cards allowed. Liability for Card limited to replacement with another while supplies last during the Promotion Period.

Tax Reporting: As required by law, Grocery Outlet will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner whose cumulative prize ARV is $600 or more. Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W‑9 and any other tax or eligibility documents prior to prize award.

9. DISQUALIFICATION: Failure to provide required information to verify eligibility, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. In such cases, an alternate eligible recipient may be selected to receive the Prize.

An entrant will be disqualified if found to be ineligible or in violation of any portion of the Official Rules. Additionally, if any Prize, prize notification, required documentation, or mail-in Scratch-Off card is returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, or otherwise not successfully delivered, the entrant may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. LICENSE: By entering the promotion and/or accepting a prize, participants will sign a release stating that they will grant to Grocery Outlet Inc., its agents, licensees, affiliates, successors and assigns (“Company”), the irrevocable right, without limitation, throughout the world in perpetuity to video, film, use, publish, and copyright my image, name, likeness, city, state, information, voice, comments, picture, portrait, and/or photo, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed worldwide without territorial, time or other use limitation, for any purpose, including without limitation, for the purposes of promoting, advertising, publicity, social media, or trade and other purposes in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, Grocery Outlet’s website(s), social media account(s),  and all known television, radio, internet, cable type media as well as any and all other media.

11. PROMOTIONS CONDITIONS: By entering, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and any other documents required by Grocery Outlet, any decisions of Grocery Outlet, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Promotion, the Official Rules or any other documents required by Grocery Outlet, (b) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Grocery Outlet and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, penalties and expenses arising out of or related to any statement, action or failure to act by you during or in connection with your participation and/or any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules or of any other documents required by Grocery Outlet and, (c) not to sue and to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which you (or your successors-in-interest, heirs and/or agents) ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Released Parties, including, but not limited to claims arising out of or related to personal injury (including death) and/or damage, theft, loss or any other harm, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) participation in the Promotion or any Promotion related activity, (ii) the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, (iii) the use of any of the rights granted herein (including, without limitation, the use and exploitation of your entry, name, address [city and state], biographical information, statements, voice, photograph, and/or other likeness), (iv) any malfunction or other problem with any Promotion website or webpage, (v) any error in the collection or retention of entry information, and (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, stolen, deleted, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries; any typographical, system or human errors and failures; or any malfunction of any Promotion website or webpage or error in the collection, processing or retention of entry information. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. TERMINATION/SUSPENSION/MODIFICATION OF PROMOTIONS: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, any tampering or unauthorized intervention in the Promotion or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Grocery Outlet, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. We may also disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or receiving a prize if we determine that you have violated the Official Rules, have threatened or are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or has otherwise engaged in any behavior generally not within the spirit of the Promotions.

14. DISPUTES: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. All disputes, claims or demands that relate to these Official Rules will first be brought to the attention of the other party and will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  The receiving party shall have sixty (60) days from the date of being notified to remedy the described issue and notify the complaining party in writing of the resolution.  If the dispute, claim or demand is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant within 60 days, the complainant may request an informal resolution conference (mediation), which if agreed to by the other party will be scheduled to occur within 21 days of the written response.  Each party shall have the right to be represented at such a conference by counsel and will ensure that a decision-maker with full and complete authority to resolve the dispute attends the conference.  Such conference will be in front of a third-party mediator chosen by the parties.  If the parties do not agree to conference or are unable to resolve a dispute after such a conference, the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim or demand related in any way to these Official Rules will be decided by binding arbitration.  All disputes between the parties, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Official Rules, shall be submitted to JAMS for binding arbitration under its applicable rules then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.  The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.
