Turkey-Vegetable Rollups

Ingredients
- 8slices deli roast turkey
- 1/28-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1medium carrot, coarsely shredded
- 1/2cup coarsely shredded zucchini
- 1/2cup finely chopped red bell pepper
Instructions
- On each slice of turkey, spread cream cheese. Sprinkle with dill and top with carrot, zucchini and bell pepper. Tightly roll up each turkey slice. Cover and chill rolls for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
