  1. SPONSOR: The Emmett, ID Grocery Outlet (“Store”) 5 DAYS OF BLISS Facebook Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Grocery Outlet Inc., 5650 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA 94608 (“Sponsor”) and is administered by Farlow Media, 300 S Hulen St Ste 124 Box 320, Fort Worth, TX 76109 (“Administrator”).
  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 14, 2025, at 09:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 19, 2025, at 08:59:59 A.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) entry periods (individually “Entry Period,” collectively, “Entry Periods”) as set forth in the chart below.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of Idaho who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Person”). Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and officers of Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their respective immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, an individual who meets the eligibility requirements and enters the Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.
  1. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an Eligible Person must:

(1) log in to their Facebook account (or create an account if they do not already have one) at www.facebook.com;

(2) ensure account settings allow Sponsor to view account posts and comments (i.e., your account is public);

(3) follow the Store’s FB account @EmmettGroceryOutlet at https://www.facebook.com/Emmett/ through the Sweepstakes Period;

(4) locate the promotion-specific post posted on Store’s FB account @EmmettGroceryOutlet during any given Entry Period (the “Post”);

(5) follow the guidelines and instructions attached to the Post during any given Entry Period in addition to as described in the below chart; and

(6) include hashtags #GO5DaysOfBliss and #GOSweepStakesEntry.

By following the foregoing instructions during any given Entry Period, Eligible Person shall receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Upon submission of an Entry, Eligible Person will be entered into the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entrant”).

Entrants must follow and continue to follow @EmmettGroceryOutlet on Facebook through at least July 19, 2025, to be notified in the event he/she is a potential winner.

Entry Limit: One (1) Entry per Entry Period, per person for a maximum of five (5) Entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period. To enter, Eligible Persons must have a Facebook account to participate in the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, Entrants agree to Facebook Terms of Service. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc., or META Platforms, Inc. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENTRY MAY BE USED IN AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH SPONSOR’S ADVERTISING, INCLUDING ON ITS WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, IN SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. Submission of an Entry grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right (but not the obligation) to publish, use, and publicly display the Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or notification to you. Entrants attempting to use multiple Facebook accounts will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries received from any individual in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

  1. WINNERS LIST: To obtain information about the winners, interested individuals should send an email to: Emmett@groceryoutlet.com and must indicate in the subject line: 5 Days of Bliss BargainBliss 2025 Sweepstakes – Winners List Request. Winners list requests must be received by no earlier than July 20, 2025 and no later than August 2, 2025.
