Red Wine Cooler

It's so simple to mix up a tasty wine cooler and nothing is better for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 5ounces red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, chilled
  • 6ounces diet ginger ale, chilled
  • Halved orange slices and raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Divide wine between two 6- to 8-ounce wine glasses. Top off each glass with half the diet ginger ale. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with orange slices and/or raspberries.
