Cottage Cheese & Pear Parfait
Fight off between-meal hunger pangs with an easy healthy snack of cottage cheese, pear and walnuts.
- 1/2cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/2cup canned diced pears, packed in 100% juice
- 4chopped walnut halves, toasted if desired
- Layer cottage cheese, pears and walnuts into a serving dish or container with a lid.
