The lamest Christmas gift I ever got was a lousy bottle of  laundry detergent. The generous giver said I am always washing clothes so he thought that laundry soap we be a great gift.

Wish you could have been to our Grand Opening.  You missed out on a tye-dye shirt.  The lamest gift I ever received were fuzzy dice that some hang on their rear view car mirrors

My lamest gift was an Amana radar range from my husband. I wouldn't touch for six months until he made the comment that it was "the most expensive clock west of the Mississippi."

My husband decided to wait till last minute to buy my gift. I woke up Christmas morn to a maroon sweatsuit w/ snowflakes on them!!! I was only 22 yrs old!  I tried to like them.  I very graciously let him know that they werent MY style but maybe his mom would like them.  Lol! He felt bad but also learned a good lesson.  He has so made up for that & we still have a good laugh. Life is good. Merry Christmas!

The lamest Christmas gift EVER--my husband bragged to my whole family he was giving me diamond earrings for my gift. Come Christmas Eve, we unwrapped our gifts and the earrings were so small they popped through my ear-hole and fell off to the floor. Need I say he is my EX?

Don't remember any lame gifts I have gotten.  I remember some that I have given, and I will always wish I had put more thought into the gifts I gave.  I figure that folks give what they can afford to give, and I am always appreciative.

I received a Christmas hand towel that looked like it had been in that particular person that gave it to me's linen closet for 20 years all faded and smelled like musty closet. I just smiled and said "thank you". Could have been worse...my brother got a used faded pillow case from them. And I have to laugh...reading all the above gifts that others thought were lame. I'd take ANY of them over the old used Christmas hand towel I got..LOL!
Happy Holidays...It's the thought that counts..remember that..plus most things can be exchanged or returned...EXCEPT my old used hand towel...LOL!
