John Halverson is the operator of the Grocery Outlet located in Sandy, Oregon. After working for Albertsons for many years, John decided to join Grocery Outlet and in May of 2009, he completed operator training and opened his store in Sandy, Oregon. John was quickly welcomed into the community and he looks forward to becoming even more involved.

The Sandy Grocery Outlet celebrated its grand opening in June of 2009. Since then, John has been working hard to provide his shoppers with the lowest prices on everything in the store. John is thankful for the gratitude expressed by his customers and he hopes to give shoppers huge bargains for many years to come.

John enjoys working with his family, friends, and employees. He is very involved with the community and supports many charitable organizations. John contributes to the Sandy Community Center, St. Vincent de Paul, the Chamber of Commerce, Boring Oregon Firefighters, and many more. John is happy to be a part of the Sandy community.

John would like to say thank you for all the hospitality and friendship the people of Sandy have given him and his store. He is honored to be operating the Sandy Grocery Outlet and looks forward to being around for many years to come.
