Welcome Russ and Cyndi Noski, operators of Grocery Outlet in both Olympia and Lacey. Russ and Cyndi actually met each other in 1988 while working at a supermarket that is now the Lacey Grocery Outlet!... After partnering up, they decided to start with Grocery Outlet because it would allow them to own their own business. They have now operated the Olympia Store for five years and the Lacey store for since 2007.

Russ and Cyndi like the freedom they get by owning their own Grocery Outlet. They can work with their family, as well as provide for the community. They are involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Lacey Spring Fund Fair, and in great support of many food banks and numerous other non-profit organizations. And of course, Russ and Cyndi never forget about their customers.

Recently Russ and Cyndi put a humorous quote on their reader board asking: How does it feel to be the only one who hasn’t shopped here yet? Soon after, a woman came into the store and bought a whole cart of groceries. She mentioned to the cashier that it was her first time to shop in our store. Cyndi came over to welcome the lady and explained how the store works, then the new shopper said, "You can take down your sign, now—I KNOW I'm the only person in town who hadn't shopped here yet!" The whole store enjoyed a big laugh over that one!

Russ and Cyndi’s commitment to family can be seen in the fact that their four children and one daughter-in-law are all employees! By everyone giving a helping hand, they ensure superior service at an affordable price. They want every customer to remember: “You’re way too good looking to pay full price for your groceries!”
