Tony and Colleen Studioso are the owners of the Lake City Grocery Outlet. Tony has lived in Edmonds from early childhood, and Colleen moved to Washington in 1998. They now have made their home with their sons Angelo and Cameron, right next door to the house where Tony was raised.
Tony learned all about sales and customer service as a young boy working in his parent’s car wash businesses and car detail shops. After finishing his schooling, he became a Loan Officer selling mortgages and a Real Estate Agent selling homes. He started shopping at Grocery Outlet when the store in Lynnwood opened, and he fell in love with the friendly environment in the store, and the bargains.
Colleen spent most of her career in retail, working in Target and Starbucks, while earning her degree in Massage, Aroma and Spa Therapy. She left retail to become part of the medical field, but realized she loved being in retail more. She began working in the Lynnwood Grocery Outlet. Six months later Tony joined her and they began their path to becoming owners of a Grocery Outlet of their own, under the tutelage of Larry Brown, owner of the Lynnwood store and his experienced team. Lake City Grocery Outlet is a local-family operated business so who better to train than another local-family business owner.
