Scott Iverson is the owner of the Burien Grocery Outlet. Scott has been at the Burien store since 1995. His store is a family operation: he works alongside his wife Jan, and he is a second-generation Grocery Outlet operator—his parents, Bill and Nancy, owned the store before he took ownership in 2011.

The Iverson family enjoys the freedom of running their own business while having the ability to work with loved ones. The store makes huge contributions to its community. They donate to the local food banks as well as support local schools by providing store fundraisers on their behalf.
